Project Longevity

Project Longevity is a law enforcement and community-based initiative that provides services and supports to victims of gun violence, group/gang involved individuals, individuals with gun offenses and those that are at risk of group and/or gun violence.

The goal of Project Longevity is to work within the Bridgeport, Hartford, New Haven, New London and Waterbury communities to reduce gun and group violence, minimize arrest, incarceration, and increase trust between law enforcement and the public.

Project Longevity offers wrap-around services to assist participants toward self-sufficiency and stabilization. Some services include outreach, case management, housing, driver’s license, employment and pre-apprenticeship training opportunities.
